Stockholms Sour
- 50 ml Stockholms Akvavit
- 20 ml Lemon juice
- 20 ml Rhubarb syrup*
- 10 ml Aquafaba (chickpea brine), or egg white
Shake all above with tons of ice, followed by straining into your fav glass. Garnish with small green leaf and toasted fennel seeds.
*Heat 100 g of sugar, 100 g of water and 100 g of chopped rhubarb until sugar is dissolved. Leave to cool followed by straining
