Pink Paloma

This cocktail was created by our amazing friends at one of the best cocktailbars in Stockholm. It was served at our bar night February 8th 2019.

- 5 cl S|B Pink Gin 
- 1 cl lime juice 
- 10 cl pink grapefruit soda ( We prefer Three Cents)
For garnish: Sumac powder, Maldon salt, lime juice

Pour everything in a high ball glass with salt and sumac edge* and tons of ice.

*Mix sumac powderand Maldon salt on a plate. Dip the edge of the glass in another glass with lime juice before you dip it in the salt mix.
