LILLA BLECKAN
Our not so warm version of a hot shot

For four servings:
12 cl Stockholms Aperitif - Svart
12 cl Vanilla infused yellow Chartreuse*
2 cl 1:1 Simple syrup
Heavy cream
(nigella seeds)

Mix everything except the cream. Pour into four smaller glasses and top with lightly whipped cream. If available, sprinkle some Nigella seeds on top.

*VANILLA INFUSED YELLOW CHARTREUSE
Count one vanilla bean per 120 ml yellow Chartreuse. Split the bean lengthwise, scrape out the seeds and shop the bean in pieces. Mix the vanilla seeds and pieces of the bean with the Chartreuse in a jar, mix and let sit over night. Strain.
