Our Easter, Gin & Tonic fusion thing.

GIN N´ T(EA) FLIP
⁃50 ml S|B Pink Gin
⁃30 ml Söderblandning Syrup*
⁃30 ml Heavy Cream
⁃1 Whole Egg
⁃Ice to shake with
⁃25 ml Neutral Tonic Water
Dry shake (without ice) all ingredients (except for tonic) in a shaker to emulsify egg with ingredients. Add ice and shake again.
Add tonic in bottom of glass of choice, double strain the shaken mix into the glass.
Enjoy!
*Steep 10g of Söderblandning tea in 500ml boiling hot water for 5 minutes, dissolve 500g sugar. If you do not have Söderblandning try another fruity, sweet tea. Fridge too cool.
