GCK (GLÖGG CIDER KAFFE)

- 3 cl coffee-infused Gin och Tonic Glögg*
- 4 cl dry cider
- 1 cl 2:1 simple syrup**
- 10 cl citric acid solution*** (or 20ml fresh lemon juice)
- Neutral tonic water

Fill glass with ice. Mix Gin & Tonic Glögg, cider, simple syrup and citric acid solution (or pre-batch to store). Pour into the glass and top with a neutral tonic (~80-100ml).

Coffee-infused Gin och Tonic Glögg
Pour ten parts (by weight) Stockholms Bränneri Gin & Tonic Glögg over one part roasted whole coffee beans. Let sit for one to one and a half hours, then strain.

**2:1 simple syrup
Dissolve two parts (by weight) sugar in one part hot water, then cool to store.

***Citric acid solution
Dissolve 30g of citric acid powder in 500g of warm water, then cool to store.
