On Saturday the 25th of February our bar @brannerian will be taken over by the one and only Hugo Örn of @stjärtilleriet!!!

We have long admired and wondered over what goes on in Hugo’s head when creating cocktails, always pushing the limit and challenging the norm, and we can’t wait for him to be the first cocktail bartender to takeover Brännerian.

For those of you who haven’t visited Stjärtilleriet yet, let this be your introduction to one of Stockholm’s best cocktail bars!

Hugo will be showcasing a special cocktail menu for the evening (and yes our collaborate lacto-fermented pineapple and habanero distillate will be there)
