On the 16th of November we invite you to an evening with Bolognese in focus! Yes - you read that right!
Joel Åhlin, who we have worked closely with over the years, has with the fantastic team Jason Diakité and Harald Wachtmeister taken a deep dive into Bolognese and all that it can encompass, even releasing a book focusing on the subject.
Together, we are inviting you to an evening in the distillery with food, wine and cocktails. We will be providing a four-course menu created by the friends behind the book 'Köttfärssås'. Dinner will be paired with wine and cocktails made by Myles McCarthy, who is responsible for our newly opened cocktail bar Brännerian.

More about Project 'Köttfärssås'
Over the last 50 years this reliable staple has proven to be the meal that we love the most. It is, in an appropriate use of the word, an immigrant that has come to be one of us. That is why it is high time that bolognese claims its rightful place of honour in our food history.
In the book Köttfärssås, Harald, Jason and Joel present a wide range of recipes from a delightful, simple "spagetti bolognese" to more advanced game, luxury and vegetarian variants. You are given plenty of tips and techniques that will improve your bolognese to new heights. At the same time you join them on a journey through Swedish and Italian food and character.
