DILL MOJITO
A favourite with our Stockholms Akvavit.

- 5cl Stockholms Akvavit
- 3cl lime juice
- 2cl dill syrup*
- Tonic Water

Pour Akvavit, limejuice and dill syrup straight into your chosen glas. Stir. Fill glas with ice, topp with tonic water. Garnish with a sprig of dill or if in season, dill flowers.

*Dill syrup
Add 250g of dill to boiling water for 15 seconds. Then directly, using thongs, add the dill to an ice water bath and leave it for a few minutes. After it’s chilled remove the dill and blend with 1.25 L of sugar syrup + 1 tea spoon of baking soda. Strain through a fine cloth. (The baking soda helps keep the vibrant green colour)
