One of the most classic gin cocktails with an SB twist
3 cl Pink Gin
2 cl Stockholms Aperitif - Röd
2 cl raspberry syrup*
3 cl lemon juice
2 cl eggwhite (or aquafaba - chickpea brine, if vegan)
Shake all the ingredients above in a shaker with tons of ice until chilled & aerated. Strain into your favourite coupé. Enjoy!
*Raspberry Syrup
Heat 100 g of sugar, 100 g of water and 100 g frozen or fresh raspberries in a saucepan until sugar is dissolved.
Leave to cool, then strain.
