Erik Anderssons’ version of a Spritz using our Stockholms Aperitif - Röd and Stockholms Bränneri Pink gin. 

LET’S CALL IT A SPRITZ
6 cl Sparkling Wine or Pet Nat (Erik used Lindenlaub - Apres l’Heure PetNat)
2 cl Stockholms Bränneri Pink gin
2 cl Stockholms Aperitif - Röd
2 cl Fresh Lemon Juice
2 cl Honey Water*

*Honey Water: Honey in equal parts of warm water (chilled).
Shake all above, follow by straining into your favorite high ball glass with tons of ice. Enjoy!
