BLOODY MARY
A brunch cocktail, full of flavour.

35 ml Vodka
80 ml ready to drink tomato juice
15 ml fresh lemon juice
5 ml Worcestershire sauce
20 ml water
8 drops saline solution

Mix in a glass filled with ice. For best results, “roll” your drink by pouring the mixture carefully back and forth between the two parts of your shaker with ice until the liquid is cold. This is to cool and introduce a certain amount of air into the cocktail, but not too much to make it watery or foam. Garnish with your chosen ingredient. We like endive, cornichons and pickled onions on a toothpick.

Dissolve one part (in weight) salt in ten parts of water
