B(L)ACKFLIP by Emelie Hjärtström
- 40 ml Stockholms Aperitif - Svart
- 15 ml bourbon
- 40 ml heavy cream
- 20 ml cardamom/black pepper simple syrup*
- 1 whole egg
- 4 dashes Angostura Cocoa Bitters
- Nutmeg for garnish

Shake Svart, bourbon, heavy cream, simple syrup and the egg in a shaker filled with ice, then double strain into a glass. Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.

*CARDAMOM/BLACK PEPPER SIMPLE SYRUP
- 600 g sugar
- 400 g water
- 40 g black peppercorn
- 40 cardamom pods
Heat the water and sugar to dissolve the sugar. Add peppercorn and cardamom and let the syrup cool. Strain, bottle it and store cold.
