Beer Me by Tjoget 

This cocktail was created by our amazing friends at Tjoget Cocktailbar in Stockholm. It was served at our bar night February 8th 2019.

- 5 cl OAK Gin 
- 2 cl lime juice 
- 3 cl cloudy apple juice 
- 2 ml date syrup (substitute agave or honey) 
For Garnish: Fennel seeds 
 
Shake shake shake (with ice) everything except the fennel seeds. 
Strain into a small beer glass and top with toasted fennel powder*

*Toast fennel seeds in a dry panwithout burning. Pulverize the seeds in blender or mortar
